Summary

Lights that stop working can quickly become a headache for tenants and property owners. We were asked to replace a failed kitchen LED fixture and a fading living room recessed light in a rental property, both of which needed attention to keep the space comfortable and functional.

The Work

Removed a non-working 4-foot integrated LED kitchen fixture and installed a new fixture on the existing wiring
Disposed of the old kitchen light and confirmed the new fixture worked properly
Replaced the living room recessed light with a new LED retrofit trim for a brighter, more reliable result
Cleared away old materials and checked both lights for safe operation

The Outcome

Both areas are now well-lit and comfortable to use. The kitchen has even, bright light that makes daily tasks easier, and the living room benefits from a fresh, reliable recessed light. Addressing these lighting needs helped keep the property ready for tenants and avoided further complaints.
